Towards the most famous Rum factory on the island, a sensory tour dedicated to the knowledge of the phases of rum production, of the new and ancient procedures and tasting of the different qualities and aging phases of this Jamaican gold, judged one of the best in the world.

Departure at 13.00 from your hotel towards the Appleton estate. Once at our destination we will immerse ourselves in an authentic and multi-sensory “Rum Tour Experience” which includes: a welcome cocktail, an overview of the world of rum, in the art of cinema, an interactive tour process, a guided tasting conducted by rum experts professional and prepared.

After this wonderful experience that will completely immerse you in Jamaican history and culture, we will make a stop in Bamboo Avenue with the possibility of tasting coconut milk or buying peanuts grown in this area and time to take some photos.

During our tour we will pass through Belmont, where the home and mausoleum of the great reggae musician Peter Tosh is located, we will also make a short stop in the heavenly area of Bluefields, where tourism is not yet present.

End of the tour around 18.00

Possibility to extend the tour to enjoy an unforgettable sunset at the Pelican bar, which can be reached in just ten minutes by boat, a sort of stilt house bar built in the middle of the sea on the Reef, possibility to admire the fish as in an aquarium, to swim and why not sip an aperitif with this colorful scenery.
